Virtual Onboarding Solution is integrated with Microsoft Teams, which is a highly secured cloud-based team collaboration application. Agent can make up arrangement on the meeting dashboard to meet customer via Teams video conference. The meeting data like client contact info, meeting subject, date and time, meeting description etc will be stored in Teams. These data can be accessed by Agent anytime and anywhere on any device. With just a simple few click to arrange a new meeting; an e-mail will then be automatically sent to the customer attached the meeting agenda and a one-click join meeting link. To safeguard both Agent and customer best interest in preventing the law issue in future, the meeting can be recorded manually or automatically with third party solution.
